1. Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, we have lots of customers who prefer to pick up locally in Cleburne. We just ask that you pick up within 7 days of order fulfillment.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
This totally depends on if the item is a preorder or an in stock item. We offer mostly preorders and custom items, so they take a bit longer. We will post expected arrival times on the preorder items in the product description. Once we receive items from our supplier, we typically ship out/have ready for local pick up the same day!
3. How do your sizes run?
Most items are true to size, but we always note if something runs small or oversized in the product description. If you’re unsure, reach out — we’re happy to help!
4. Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes! We believe fashion is for every body. Many of our items are available in sizes up to 3X.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items and custom orders are final sale.
6. Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely! If we have your size in stock, we’re happy to do an exchange. Contact us ASAP so we can set it aside for you.
7. Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom tees, sweatshirts, and spirit gear. Just send us a message with what you’re looking for and we’ll bring it to life!
8. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in several amounts and make the perfect gift.
